My Buckhannon is proud to present another spring of the Hank Ellis All-Stars. Each week, we will select a male and female athlete at Buckhannon-Upshur who has had an exemplary week on the baseball and softball diamonds, lacrosse fields, the track, and tennis courts.
Our Hank Ellis All-Stars for the week of April 26 – May 2 are Mallory Moss and Braylon Oldaker
Moss is a senior on the Lady Bucs lacrosse team. In a 2-0 week for the Lady Bucs, Moss led the B-U attack in both contests. She has a team-high five goals in a 6-5 win over Fairmont Senior and nine goals in a 17-3 victory over Martinsburg. She also had 21 ground balls and two caused turnovers in the two wins.
Oldaker is a sophomore on the Buccaneer lacrosse team. In a 15-6 win over John Marshall, he had seven points in a four-goal, three-assist effort.
