This week’s Hank Ellis All-Stars: Abby Radabaugh and Jeremy Jett

Buckhannon’s Hank Ellis All-Stars for Dec. 8–Dec. 14 are Abby Radabaugh and Jeremy Jett. Radabaugh placed fourth with two pins at the Women of Ironman tournament, while Jett went a perfect 7-0 over the weekend.

BUCKHANNON – My Buckhannon is proud to present another fall season of the Hank Ellis All-Stars. Each week, we will select a male and female athlete at Buckhannon-Upshur who has had an exemplary week on the basketball court, swimming pool or wrestling mat.

Our Hank Ellis All-Stars for the week of Dec. 8 – Dec. 14 are Abby Radabaugh and Jeremy Jett.

Radabaugh is a senior on the Buckhannon-Upshur wrestling team. Radabaugh placed fourth with two pins at the Women of Ironman Wrestling Tournament, one of the most difficult and prestigious folkstyle high school wrestling tournaments in the nation. Over 100 teams from everywhere in the country, including Florida, Utah, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas and more. She helped lead the team to a 16th-place finish.

Jett is a senior on the Buccaneer wrestling team. Jett went 4-0 Friday in the duals tournament and 3-0 Saturday in the bracket tournament for a perfect weekend at 7-0.

Congratulations to Radabaugh and Jett as our weekly winners of the Hank Ellis All-Stars honor.
