BUCKHANNON – Mark your calendars: Fish Hawk Acres will offer several exciting events this month. Experience the fun and fine dining of Fish Hawk Acres through their Cooking Classes, Market Dinners, Sunday Brunch and Floral Classes.

Sunday Brunch at the Farm

Gather with family and friends and treat yourselves to OctoberFeast Brunch at The Farm on Sunday, October 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests are welcome at The Farm at 87 Fish Hawk Drive in Rock Cave, West Virginia.

  • Fresh Fruits and Berries
  • Pumpkin Spice Muffins
  • Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake
  • Maple Walnut Scones

Entrees:

  • Omelets and Eggs any Style

  • Spaetzel with Asparagus, Mushrooms and Thyme
  • Braised Red Cabbage

Fish Hawk Farm Dinners

The Last Hoorah Farm Dinner will be hosted Thursday, October 12 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Guests can visit the Fish Hawk Farm at 87 Fish Hawk Drive in Rock Cave, West Virginia.

Special Events: Floral Classes

Autumn Bouquet Building Floral Class: Build a breathtaking floral arrangement for your home this fall. Blooms by Juliette will be providing the materials. This class will be hosted Saturday, Oct. 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Visit The Coop at 4 East Main Street in Buckhannon. The cost to enjoy this experience is $50. Reserve a seat here.

Put A Plant In It! Floral Class: Participants are encouraged to bring their own Halloween themed container and out a plant in it! Plants and substriats will be provided. This event will take place Saturday, Oct. 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at The Coop. Stop by The Coop at 4 East Main Street in Buckhannon. Enjoy a unique menu for the Austrian Eats Market Dinner. This market dinner will be hosted at Fish Hawk Acres on Friday, October 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Guests are welcome at Fish Hawk Acres at 5 W. Main Street in Buckhannon.
