Loretta Carpenter Osburn Miller, 91, of Buckhannon, WV, died on July 4, 2026, at WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital Nursing Care Facility. She was a member of Sand Run Baptist Church and a former school cook.
Arthur Fred Blevins, 79, of Fairfax, VA, died on July 2, 2026, at his home. He was a U.S. Army veteran who enjoyed the outdoors, card games, and time with family.
Jonnie Lamar Miller, 78, of Buckhannon, WV, died on June 28, 2026, at Holbrook Healthcare Center. He is survived by one sister and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are by Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home.
