Suddenlink store in Buckhannon reopens

BUCKHANNON – The Suddenlink store located on 68 Fifth St. in Buckhannon reopened Jan. 20.

Manager of communications for Altice USA Ashwin Bhandari said the store was closed temporarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it has reopened with COVID-19 protocols.

“To ensure Suddenlink customers and employees feel safe and comfortable while visiting the store, we are taking the following precautions: social distancing of six feet or more, requiring masks or face coverings, limiting the number of customers allowed in at a time, checking temperatures at the door, increased cleaning of high-touch areas and providing hand sanitizer at each counter,” Bhandari said.

The store will be open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 “The Buckhannon store will continue to assist customers with the sales of new products and services such as our broadband, voice, and television services as well as our new Altice Mobile service and associated smartphones and accessories,” Bhandari said. “Customers can also visit the store to process payments or to exchange or return equipment. In addition to visiting the store, customers can also use My Account to receive customer support or pay a bill online or return equipment online.

Suddenlink is a subsidiary of the telecommunications company, Altice USA, which provides internet, TV, mobile phone service and more.
