Stonewall Resort to host special Christmas Eve, Christmas Day meals

Weston, W.Va. –Stonewall Resort will host a special Christmas Eve Family Supper and Christmas Day Dinner in Stillwaters Restaurant this holiday season, resort representatives announced.

“Now more than ever, we appreciate the opportunity to gather with family and friends to celebrate the holidays,” said Andre’ D’Amour, general manager for Stonewall Resort. “Whether for the whole family or just yourself, let us handle the cooking while you enjoy the season at our cozy, lakeside resort.”

The Christmas Eve dinner will take place on Friday, Dec. 24 from 5-9 pm.  The menu includes carved herb roasted prime rib, brown sugar glazed tavern ham, herb roasted turkey with pan gravy, grilled chicken parmesan and cod with clams and white wine butter sauce, along with a delectable selection of sides, salads, and desserts. The cost is $39 for adults, $17 for children 6-12 with no charge for kids 5 and younger accompanied by a paying adult. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.

The Christmas Day dinner, available from 5pm-9pm on Saturday, Dec. 25, features carved pecan smoked prime rib, bourbon molasses grilled pork chops, pan seared chicken fricassee, sweet tea brine turkey, and blackened salmon with fresh lemon butter.  The menu also includes a full complement of sides, salads, and desserts. The cost is $42 for adults, $18 for kids 6-12 with no charge for children 5 and younger accompanied by a paying adult. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.
