Weston, W.Va. – Stonewall Resort will celebrate one of spring’s most iconic traditions with its Kentucky Derby Winner’s Circle Event on Saturday, May 2, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of Derby-themed fun beginning with a social hour featuring cocktails, games and race viewing. Mint juleps and bourbon tastings will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., along with Derby games and contests hosted by Lee Dean leading up to post time.
Following the race, guests will be escorted to dinner, weather permitting, for a scenic outdoor sunset dining experience overlooking the lake. The evening will continue with a four-course Woodford Bourbon pairing dinner accompanied by background music.
Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best Derby-inspired attire, with prizes to be awarded for Best Hat and Best Dressed. Overnight packages are also available and include accommodations in the lakeside lodge, two event tickets, the four-course pairing dinner, entertainment and one additional drink ticket per person.

The event menu features a Southern Chow Chow Salad paired with an Oaks Lily Bourbon cocktail, Kentucky Burgoo paired with a Reserve Spire Bourbon cocktail, Shrimp, Grits & Fried Chicken paired with a Woodford Old Fashioned cocktail, and Kentucky Derby Chocolate Walnut Pie and Bread Pudding paired with an Old Forester Chocolate Julep.
The Kentucky Derby Winner’s Circle event is for guests 21 and older and is subject to availability and change. Reservations are required.
