BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — St. Joseph’s Hospital is providing free sports physicals for Middle School and High School students in Upshur County.
Appointments are required. Please call your St. Joseph’s primary care provider to schedule an appointment.
If you do not have a primary care provider, the following providers are accepting new patients and will provide free sports physicals: Dr. Robert Romano (Family Medicine), 304-460-7925; Dr. LaWanna Starks (Pediatrics), 304-472-6041; and Kara Black, PA-C, (Family Medicine) 304-472-6041.
