South Buckhannon Mission Church to host free community Thanksgiving meal

Buckhannon-Upshur swept Braxton County 25-7, 25-18 and 25-8, using 16 aces to keep the Eagles off balance. Alivia Cogar led with five aces as the Lady Bucs improved to 13-8.

Buckhannon-Upshur’s Lady Bucs fell 9-0 to unbeaten East Fairmont after trailing 6-0 at halftime. Missing four players, the young team struggled to find its rhythm but will look to regroup Saturday at Parkersburg South.
