CLARKSBURG – The Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School Little Bucs came up just short in their Mid-10 Conference title game against the Washington Irving Hilltoppers Thursday night at Hite Field.

The Little Bucs failed to score as they dropped a 2-0 decision.

Washington Irving took a 1-0 lead at the break and added an insurance goal in the second half.

B-UMS keeper Landon Wright turned away five shots.
