Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur thanks healthcare workers and first responders

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — The Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur wanted to find a way to thank the healthcare workers and first responders of Upshur County for their hard work and dedication.

They decided to design signage to show their thanks. The first of the signs was installed beside the St. Joseph’s Hospital main entrance sign. Additional signs will be placed at Buckhannon City Hall and at the Upshur County Courthouse.

“We think this is a visual way for us to express our thanks during this difficult time,” said Dan Martin, Club President. “At a time when we can’t thank them in person, we wanted to find a way to let them know of our gratitude.”
