Residents graduate from Buckhannon Citizen Police Academy, complete CERT training

BUCKHANNON — Several local residents recently graduated from the 2023 Buckhannon Citizen Police Academy (Feb 7 – Mar 14). Others completed the recent CERT training program (Mar 21 – Apr 15). The CERT students will be participating in a mock disaster on Saturday, April 15 to put their training into practice. In addition to the CERT course, the participants also completed the Stop The Bleed training course and the Intranasal Naloxone Administration training course.
