REQUEST FOR LAWN MOWING SERVICES

The Upshur County Board of Education (UCBOE) is requesting, through sealed bids, pricing for seasonal mowing services at ten (10) school facilities in Upshur County. The length of the service contract approximately begins the week of March 24th, 2019 and continuing to October 26th, 2019.

Interested parties should contact Tim Derico, Director of Maintenance at (304) 472-5480, Extension 1021 for pick-up of the bid package and clarifications.
Sealed bids should be clearly labeled on the envelope as “2019 Lawn Mowing Services Bid” and may be either hand delivered or mailed to the following address:

All sealed bids must be received by 1:00 PM EST on March 20th, 2019, at which time the received bids shall be opened.

The UCBOE reserves the right to select any bid that, in the opinion of the UCBOE, best meets the needs of UCBOE, regardless of whether the selected bid is the lowest bid. The UCBOE also reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time due to noncompliance with the Scope of Services contained in the bid package.
