Ralph Raymond Elmer

Ralph Raymond Elmer, age 86, of French Creek, WV, died Monday, March 10, 2025, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. He was born November 2, 1938, in Buckhannon, WV, a son of the late Roscoe Raymond and Anna E. Gillum Elmer.

On September 24, 1957, he married Clara Jo Wetzel who preceded him in death on July 4, 2021. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Diana Elmer. He is survived by his son, Johnny Elmer of Buckhannon; two daughters, Anita Elmer of Waverly, OH and Judy Elmer of French Creek; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Elmer worked in the oil & gas industry and enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing. In honoring his wishes, he will be cremated.
