Curbside Recycling Pick-Up begins at 6:00 am – Pick-up is within the City Limits of Buckhannon. Information about recycling can be found on our website at https://buckhannonwv.org/residents/recycling/, at City Hall, or by calling the Recycling Center or Upshur County Solid Waste Authority at (304) 472-4443.

Special Session of City Council, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm – This will be a special meeting of the City Council at the Buckhannon Public Safety Complex, 22 S. Florida St. Buckhannon, WV 26201, which will immediately lead to an Executive Session Per WV Code § 6-9A-4 Personnel & Property Matters. No decisions will be made during this meeting. The only actions open to the public will be the Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge to the Flag of the United States of America and adjournment.

Keefer has been performing as Elvis for many years and has worked at the Elvis Museum in Pigeon Forge. He has opened for legends like Chubby Checker, Faron Young, Billy Crash Craddock and Randy Owen from the group Alabama. Keefer focuses on Elvis’ 70s career in Las Vegas to bring the era of Elvis’ bigger-than-life lifestyle to the stage.
