BUCKHANNON — The Mountain CAP Family Support Center will offer its monthly children’s yoga and craft event on Saturday, October 21, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The yoga session will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by a 30-minute craft session. Susan Harsh, 200 HR-RYT, will lead the yoga session. This event is targeted toward elementary-aged kids.
Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver who is present for the entire yoga and craft session, and families will also be required to sign a release form prior to children participating in the yoga session.
