Naoma Jean Linger

Naoma Jean Linger, 72, died Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born February 12, 1953, in Adrian, WV, a daughter of the late Wilford “Cotton” Hinchman and Enola Marie Ware Hinchman.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Bonnie, Jimmy, Bill (Sandy), Roger (Karen), Joe (Angela) and Steve (Becky). She is survived by her son, Lee Allen (Casey) Hinchman (Patty); daughter, Bonnie (Susie) Bryant; siblings, Bob (Vicky), John (Joni) and Mark Hinchman of Buckhannon; and Fran Marsh (Dennis) and Darlene Richardson (Bill) of French Creek, WV.

Her beloved grandchildren include Keysta Heater, Keiara Bryant, Billy Peyatt and Jared Bryant, and her great grandchildren, Raeleigh, Mayseigh, Emoreigh, Gracelynn, Parker, Lakelynn, River and Laineigh (on the way). She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her friends and family.

Friends will be received Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at noon with Rev. Jerry Lee officiating. In honoring Mrs. Linger’s wishes, she will be cremated following the service.
