Nadine Marie Wolfe Demastes

Nadine Marie Wolfe Demastes, 61, passed peacefully following a long illness on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

She was born on July 16, 1964, a daughter of Kathy Lou Simons Wolfe who survives and John Perry Wolfe.

Nadine’s memory will live on in those who loved her, including her children: Eddie Mackey and wife, Anastasia, and Amber Coffman and husband, Tyler, both of Buckhannon; ten grandchildren: Andrew, Daniel, Brooklynn, Patience, Jacob, Shane, Brett, Natasha, Brittany, and Nicole; two siblings: Chris and Vaughn; and companion, Brian Holmes.

Nadine had an insatiable passion for gardening, and like the flowers she tenderly cared for, she was a vibrant source of life and color. Her garden was a breathtaking canvas of her heart, a symphony of colors that mirrored her own inner beauty and resilience. She found joy in every bud that blossomed and every leaf that fluttered in the wind. It was in her garden where Nadine truly flourished, embodying the words of Audrey Hepburn, “To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.” As a painter, Nadine had the extraordinary ability to manifest her emotions and perspectives onto a blank canvas, creating masterpieces that captivated all who were privileged to view her works. Her paintings were not just a form of expression, but also a reflection of her soul – vibrant, passionate, and full of life.

Family and friends will gather for a Graveside Service at the Big Bend Cemetery in Sago on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Amber Coffman officiating.

We, at Clutter Funeral and Cremation located at 21 Elnora Circle in Buckhannon, are honored and privileged to serve the family of Nadine Marie Wolfe Demastes. Online condolences may be expressed at www.ClutterFuneralHome.com.
