Mon Hills Music Group hosts songwriters’ showcase Wednesday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Morgantown

Mon Hills Music Group will host a Songwriters’ Showcase on Wednesday, March 25, from 8 to 10 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings at the Suncrest Towne Centre in Morgantown.

The free event features six songwriters from West Virginia University and the Morgantown music community. Performers include Dalton Matheny, Samara Chamberlin, Olivia Martens, Kodi Rhianne and Becks. The showcase will be hosted by Jarett McHale, a singer-songwriter and music business and industry student at WVU. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

The Songwriters’ Showcase is a Mon Hills Music Group event that gives artists a place to perform their original work live. Mon Hills Music Group continues to host numerous songwriter showcases for its artists and other local artists.

Mon Hills Records is part of Mon Hills Music Group, a collective of independent music industry entities that serves as the professional component of the WVU Music Industry Program. Operated entirely by WVU students, Mon Hills provides hands-on industry experience in artist management, event production and music business operations.
