Misti Elmore named VIP at St. Joseph’s Hospital

BUCKHANNON, WV-St. Joseph’s Hospital recently honored Misti Elmore with the  Values Inspired Person Award (VIP) for the Hospital.  Misti is the Director of the Emergency Department and Outpatient Services.

Misti has worked tirelessly for months dealing with COVID-19 issues. Her co-workers say she stays calm and collected, keeping a smile on her face and her staff well-informed.  She has remained straightforward with all involved during this entire process.

Misti always puts her patients first and is warm, helpful, and respectful in all her interactions.  She has worked hard to make sure the hospital and community stay safe.  She truly cares about her job and the community we serve and is a shining example of the values of St. Joseph’s Hospital!

St. Joseph’s Hospital honors staff members with the Valued Inspired Person Award (VIP) on a bimonthly basis.  The VIP Award is given to those who demonstrate the Christ values of the hospital:  Compassion, Hospitality, Reverence, Interdependence, Stewardship, and Trust.
