Loretta Rose (Kelley) Westfall, age 63, of Tallmansville, WV, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Holbrooks Healthcare Center in Buckhannon, WV.
She was born January 6, 1962, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Clinton Kelley and Myrtle (Russell) Kelley. On May 25, 1979, she married Roger Westfall and they have been married for 46 years.
She is also survived by one son, Louis Westfall of French Creek, WV. Two daughters, Jeanie Daft and husband Brandon of Tallmansville, and Brittany Reinking and husband Lyndon of West Lake, LA. Also surviving are Loretta’s biggest blessings, her grandchildren, Summer and Autumn Westfall of French Creek, and Bentley, Kaylee and Easton Daft of Tallmansville.
Loretta came from a large family with 12 siblings. Surviving are, brothers Gary Kelley and wife Wilma of Salem, VA, Boyd (Link) Kelley and wife Kathleen of Tallmansville, Fred Kelley and wife Patty of Buckhannon, Terry Kelley and wife Hallie of Kanawha Head, WV, and sisters, Milda Gooden, Lorna Reed and husband Jerry, Virginia (Annie) Koon and husband David, Brenda Landis and husband Dobber, Marsha McCardy and husband Jerry all of Tallmansville and Ruth Lilly and husband Randy of Buckhannon. Also, surviving are two uncles, Grover Russell and Nelson Russell and wife Mary of Tallmansville. Loretta has many loved and surviving nieces and nephews and dear friends, Vanessa and Rodney Smith of Buckhannon.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Denver Kelley and Frank Kelley.
Loretta was homemaker and an excellent cook. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and the BEST Nanny to five grandchildren, who she thought the world of. In her free time, she enjoyed deer hunting – especially with her son -in-law, (hunting buddy) Brandon Daft. Loretta loved to watch game shows, listen to Christian music, and play cards and Yahtzee with family and friends.
Loretta was a member of the Tenmile Baptist Church, where the community, loved ones and friends will remember her beautiful voice, as she sang for the Lord with her sisters. Loretta will surely be missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends. You would consider yourself blessed if Loretta was a part of your life.
In honoring Mrs. Westfall’s wishes she will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
