Jasmine Paige Zickefoose

Jasmine Paige Zickefoose, 40, of Buckhannon, passed away on Monday March 6, 2023, in the Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown.

She was born in Morgantown on October 16, 1982, to Roberta Jean Patterson Woody of Buckhannon and the late Edwin E. Woody, Jr. In addition to her father, Jasmine was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Morgan and Virginia Patterson; paternal grandparents: Edwin, Sr. and Lois Woody; and cousin, Jessica Cosner.

On October 15, 2011 she married, Brian Lynn Zickefoose. Together they shared eleven wonderful years and the joys of raising their children.

Forever cherishing their memories of Jasmine’s giving nature with her husband and mother are two sons: Matthew Walls and Garrett Zickefoose; mother and father-in-law: Roger and Barbara Zickefoose of Buckhannon; sister-in-law, Kim Cyr of Montgomery, AL; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins.

Jasmine was a Baptist by Faith and a homemaker. She graduated from Buckhannon-Upshur High School in 2001. Jasmine enjoyed gardening, canning, collecting antiques, cooking, and baking. She loved being outdoors, but the majority of her joy was provided by her children.

Family and friends will gather for Visitation at Clutter Funeral and Cremation located at 21 Elnora Circle in Buckhannon from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, 2023, in the Clutter Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Greg Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Union Cemetery in Buckhannon.
