BUCKHANNON — The Upshur Cooperative Parish House announced a strong response to this year’s Mark Petrosky Memorial Hunger Walk.

The organization said the event drew 133 participants, collected 1,725 food items and raised $9,225 for its pantry.

According to a social media post, this support will help keep the pantry stocked and feed local neighbors.
