Hudson elevated to NFCA D2 Player & Pitcher of the Year Top 25

LOUISVILLE, Ky. –West Virginia Wesleyan pitcher Hannah Hudson has been selected to the 2022 Schutt Sports/NFCA Division II Player & Pitcher of the Year Top 25. Hudson was named to the NFCA Division II Top 50 earlier this season.

The Mountain East Conference Pitcher of the Year has struck out 175 batters in 176.0 innings pitched and has posted an ERA of 1.55. Hudson’s dominance in the circle was a factor in leading the Lady Bobcats to an NCAA Atlantic Regional bid and a MEC South Division Championship.

The winners of each award will be announced on June 2, following the conclusion of the 2022 season.
