Hank Ellis All-Stars of the Week: Ryan Kelley and Samantha Shreve

BUCKHANNON – My Buckhannon is proud to present another edition of the Hank Ellis All-Stars. Each week we will select a female and male athlete at Buckhannon-Upshur that has had an exemplary week on the football field, soccer field, volleyball court or the cross country course.

Our Hank Ellis All-Stars are Ryan Kelley and Samantha Shreve.

Kelley is a junior lineman on the Buccaneer football team. He was B-U’s top lineman in their 25-12 road win over Preston. Kelley was part of a line that allowed the Bucs to run for 285 yards and four touchdowns.

Shreve is a sophomore on the Lady Buc cross country team. Shreve finished sixth in the Class AAA state championship meet. She clocked a time of 19:01.64. She improved her standing six spots as she was ranked 12^th heading into the state meet.

Congratulations to Kelley and Shreve as our weekly winners of the Hank Ellis All-Stars honor.
