Gary Lee Pudder

Gary Lee Pudder, 70, of Kanawha Head, W.Va., died Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at his home.

He was born April 24, 1950, in Buckhannon, W.Va., a son of the late Robert J. and Flossie Barbe Pudder. 

He is survived by two daughters, Chrystal Throckmorton and husband Earl and Chasity Bender and husband Scott all of Buckhannon; one son, Aubrey Pudder and wife Katie of Va.; two granddaughters, Taylor Williamson and Emma Bender both of Buckhannon; three grandsons, Ayden Cottrill and Trevor Bender both of Buckhannon and Issac Pudder of Va.; two sisters, Debbie Schoolcraft and husband Jeff of Kanawha Head and Evelyn Kay Hastings and husband Don of Greer, S.C.; two nephews, Todd Schoolcraft of Kanawha Head and Eric Hastings of Greer and one niece, Dawnetta Hastings of Greer.

Gary was an entrepreneur and business owner. He loved to fly his airplane and ride his motorcycle. He was passionate about photography and most recently woodworking. He was a Methodist by Faith.

Friends will be received Sunday, October 25, 2020 from non until 1 p.m. at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 2:15 p.m. on Sunday at the Barbe Cemetery in Hacker Valley, W.Va., with Pastor Dave Cunningham officiating.
