The Bridgeport High School girls soccer team extended their win streak to nine games with a 3-0 victory over Buckhannon-Upshur on Thursday.
The Indians entered the game with just a single loss this season, a 2-1 decision to Parkersburg. They took a 1-0 lead into halftime and scored twice early in the second half to put the game at its final 3-0 margin.
The Lady Bucs will host sectional foe University on Saturday, with kickoff set for 11 a.m. They’ll then conclude the regular season with a pair of rivalry games — at Lewis County next Tuesday and at home against Elkins on Thursday.
