After a five-game stretch on the road, the Buckhannon-Upshur High School girl’s soccer team returned to Tennerton on Tuesday and dismantled conference rival Robert C. Byrd 4-0.

The Lady Bucs now have a week to recharge before hosting a trio of games next week — they’ll host Philip Barbour and Bridgeport on Tuesday and Thursday, with those games kicking off at 5:30 p.m., and then University on Saturday with an 11 a.m. start.

Rivalry games at Lewis County on Oct. 15 and home against Elkins on Oct. 17 will round out the regular season.

My Buckhannon photographer Brian Bergstrom has posted 75+ new high resolution photos from Tuesday’s game here. Note that gallery access requires a premium membership.
