The Mountain CAP Family Support Center in Buckhannon is offering a free adult life skills workshop series beginning May 13.
The series of five weekly classes runs on May 13, 20, and 27 and June 3 and 10 from noon to 1 p.m. at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Topics include healthy eating, housekeeping, budgeting, employment essentials and landlord-tenant rights and responsibilities.
Participants will receive incentives upon completion of each session. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
