Franklin Dean Eskew

At the age of 86, Frank has moved into the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Preceding him there were his parents, Clark and Grace; brother, Rev. Bill Eskew; his sister, Anne Pringle along with her husband Charles; and his mother-in-law, Clara Elizabeth.

Immediate family members left to cherish many precious memories are his wife and best friend of nearly 50 years, Charlotte; sons, Justin (Harriette) and Derek; and grandchildren: Dayna, Caitlyn, Jayden, Josie, and Zoe.

Frank was proud to serve his country in the United States Army.  He retired from Corhart Refractories, and spent many years volunteering at his church, the West Virginia State Wildlife Center, and St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30, from 11:00-1:00 at Christian Fellowship Church. Pastor Ed McDaniels will conduct the service at 1:00 PM. The Upshur County Honor Guard will conduct military honors. Frank’s wish for cremation will then be honored.

The family extends its thanks to the staff of Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services for their help in honoring Frank’s wishes. Online condolences may  be extended to the Eskew family at www.heavnerandcutright.com.
