Frank Ray Kelley, age 64, of Buckhannon, WV, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, January 31, 2025.
He was born November 19, 1960, in Buckhannon, a son of the late Clinton and Myrtle Russell Kelley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Denver Kelley.
He was blessed with two children, who survive, Elizabeth Kelley of Sweetwater, TN and Frankie Kelley of Maryville, TN. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Brylan Kelley, Brynleigh Kelley, Branson Kelley and Skyla Varvel; four brothers, Gary Kelley and wife Wilma of Salem, VA, Link Kelley and wife Kathleen of Ten Mile, WV, Fred Kelley and wife Patty of Buckhannon, and Terry Kelley and wife Hallie of Kanawha Head, WV; seven sisters, Milda Gooden of Queens, WV, Lorna Reed and husband Jerry of Tallmansville, WV, Annie Koon and husband David of Ten Mile, Brenda Landis and husband Robert of Ten Mile, twin sister, Ruth Lilly and husband Randy of Buckhannon, Loretta Westfall and husband Roger of Ten Mile and Marsha McCrady and husband Jerry of Tallmansville; cousin, Donald Kelley and several friends, Jeff and Janice Ball, David and Laura Ray, Rick Reed, and Alvy and Torina Watson.
Mr. Kelley enjoyed spending time outdoors walking, hunting, fishing, and ginsenging.
Friends will be received Friday, February 7, 2025, from 1 PM to 2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM with Rev. Brad Tenney officiating. Burial will follow in the Ten Mile Baptist Cemetery in Ten Mile.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
