First free kids’ yoga class + craft session of 2024 slated for Jan. 13

BUCKHANNON — The Mountain CAP Family Support Center will offer its monthly children’s yoga and craft event on Saturday, January 13, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Please note that this combined yoga class and craft session is targeted toward elementary-aged kids. Also, all children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver who remains present for the entirety of the yoga class and craft session.

Families must sign a release form before children partake in the yoga class.

Please RSVP to the yoga class and/or the craft session by noon on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, so Mountain CAP knows how many children to prepare for. Please call 304-878-1115 to pre-register or email Lvannostrand@mountaincapwv.org.

The Family Support Center is located at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon.
