Fifth Anniversary of Physical Therapy And Physician Offices To Be April 30

Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital will be celebrating the fifth anniversary of the opening of the Physical Therapy Department and Physician Offices at the former Foodland store on West Second Street in Weston. The Hospital is planning an open house and cookout on Tuesday, April 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Physical Therapy Department is headed by Matt DeGarmo, a longtime employee of the Hospital. The Physician office is home to several visiting physicians and the office of Dr. Harini Rathina, a specialist in internal medicine.

There will be health screenings, tours of the facility and a cookout to welcome Hospital guests. The public is invited.

Wesley Ed Howard, 93, died January 30, 2026, at home in Hinkleville, where he’d lived since childhood. A sharp-witted family man and outdoorsman, he served in Korea, earned a WVU degree, and built Buckhannon’s Southern States through his famous “buy, sell, or trade” style.
