Faye Cutright, age 88, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, January 24, 2026, at her home in Buckhannon.
She was born September 27, 1937, in Czar, WV, a daughter of the late Roy and Eva Cutright Farrar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Calvert Cutright; brother, Elra Farrar; sister, Dottie Dukelow and nephew, Hollis “Butch” Farrar.
She is survived by three brothers, Hollis Farrar of Mill Creek, WV, Wesley Farrar of Helvetia, WV, and Loren “Bud” Farrar of Buckhannon; one sister, Katrina Farrar of Bonita, CA; three nieces, Sonya Bennett and husband David of Buckhannon, Kelly Arbogast of Mill Creek, and Kendra Arbaugh and husband David of Valley Bend, WV; one nephew, Loren Farrar and wife Susan; one sister-in-law, Sharon Farrar of Buckhannon; care giver, Barbara Farrar of Buckhannon and extend family members, Bucky Cutright of Columbus, OH, Ryan Taylor and wife Angela of Moorefield, WV, Julie Zumstein and husband David of Fallbrook, CA and Linda Durbin of San Diego, CA.
Mrs. Cutright was the office manager for Dr. Hartman’s Medical Office and a Methodist by faith.
A private graveside service was held for family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you plant a rose bush of your own that you can enjoy in her memory.
