Operation Firm Handshake hosts a memorial poker run recognizing deceased veterans from the area, with proceeds supporting local American Legion posts.
Sign-in runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the Mountaineer Military Museum in Weston, where route maps are handed out. Entry is $20 per rider and $10 per passenger. Prizes are $100 for the best hand and $50 for the worst. A 50/50 drawing, food and entertainment are part of the day. All bikes are due in for the final card draw at the Mount Clare Community Building around 5 p.m.
