Upshur County election canvassing will begin Monday, November 9, at 9 a.m. in the County Clerk hallway, according to the November 5 Upshur County Commission agenda.
The Secretary of State’s office says canvassing is open to the public to observe provisional and later-received absentee ballot processing and the manual hand-count audit.
