SYCC Elite Stars Parade Group Sign-Ups

Stockert Youth & Community Center is teaming up with the WV Elite Stars to form one twirling and parade group, and it is signing up members ages 2 to 18.

There are no monthly fees and no sign-up fees. The group is directed by Courtney Simmons.
