Upshur County Relay for Life holds a quarter auction Sunday, October 18, at The Outpost and Event Center. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the games begin at 2 p.m.
Bidding paddles are sold at the door for $10 each, and the number of paddles is limited. Bids on individual items range from 25 cents to $3, so organizers say to bring plenty of quarters and dollar bills.
More than 30 baskets are up for bid, along with bonus raffles, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing and silent auction items. Food will be available from the Daily Grind.
More information is on the Upshur County Relay for Life Facebook page.
