One Unique Recovery House will unveil a new Naloxone Distribution Box at the Upshur Parish House at 10 a.m. Friday, August 28.
The box gives the community free, around-the-clock access to naloxone, the medication that reverses an opioid overdose. According to the organization’s Facebook post, the box was donated by WV Sober Living and the WVWC Center for Addiction and Trauma.
The public is invited to the unveiling.
