Fish Hawk Acres hosts its September Supper Club on Sept. 3, a four-course dinner with wine pairings. The menu opens with roasted carrot and whipped feta with honey, pistachio and thyme, followed by a late tomato tart with goat cheese and basil, coffee-rubbed beef tenderloin with shallot jus, and apple cider cake with brown butter glaze and whipped cream.
