The City of Buckhannon and Upshur County will hold an open public meeting for Buckhannon and Upshur County residents on the flood recovery process.
Representatives from FEMA, local emergency management and other community partners will be on hand to answer questions and explain:
- FEMA assistance and how the recovery process works
- Current recovery efforts
- Local resources and support available to residents
- What residents can expect in the coming weeks and months
All Buckhannon and Upshur County residents are encouraged to attend. A recorded version of the town hall will be shown for those who can’t make it in person, and residents may send questions in advance to be shared with the officials in attendance.
