WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital is holding a drive-through flu clinic, letting people get a flu shot without leaving their car.
Drivers should follow the directional signage at the hospital, sign a consent form and receive the vaccine from their vehicle.
Two vaccines are offered: a trivalent vaccine for ages 7 and up ($30) and the FLUAD trivalent vaccine for ages 65 and up ($90). Both are free to those with Medicare — bring your Medicare card. Everyone else can pay by cash or check.
Parents of children under 7 should contact their family physician for vaccinations.
