Volunteer Robin leads the Busy Beavers guided walk on the Freeland Boardwalk at Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 11 a.m. Walkers learn about beavers’ adaptations, their effect on the landscape and how they may not be so different from people.
It is the last Busy Beavers walk of the season, according to the refuge.
