Balanced Hair Studio celebrates the grand opening of its new downtown Philippi location at 21 Mason St. on Sunday, Nov. 1. The salon invites the public to stop in, say hello and see the new space.
The studio will be closed Oct. 29–31 for the move. The post gives no hours for the grand opening.
