Dwayne Edward Grubb

Dwayne Edward Grubb, age 64, of Clarksburg, WV, died Friday, December 12, 2025, at River Oaks Healthcare Center in Clarksburg.

He was born November 29, 1961, in Buckhannon, WV, a son of the late Dane Icarius and Anna Maelene Reed Grubb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Anna Wamsley.

He is survived by four sisters, Angie Delauder and husband Tim of Canal Fulton, OH, Donna Wamsley of Adrian, WV, Marcy Gamble and fiancé Jim Bostic of Lost Creek, WV and Lori Manley and husband Robert of Burton, TX; one brother, James “Bo” Grubb and wife Alice of Winfield, WV; 10 nieces & nephews, Alysia Jarvis, Olivia Delauder, Mitchel Hyre, Gary Gamble and wife Ally, Lisa Critchfield and husband Aaron, Caleb Manley, Brandon Grubb, Cameron Grubb, Reno Cutright, and Reba Cutright and close friend, Josh.

Mr. Grubb was a Prep Cook at the Whistle Stop Café, where he truly enjoyed cooking. He enjoyed fishing and watching the Steelers, had a special love for his family, found pleasure in reminiscing and loved laughing.

Friends will be received, Monday, December 15, 2025, from 3PM to 5PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 5PM at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Murrell officiating. In honoring Mr. Grubb’s wishes, he will be cremated following services.
