Division of Highways to hold virtual public meeting tomorrow on Greenbag Road Improvement Project in Monongalia County

CHARLESTON, WV – The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) will hold a virtual informational public meeting tomorrow – Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020 – regarding the Greenbag Road Improvement Project in Monongalia County.

This project includes upgrades to 1.65 miles of County Route 857, located southeast of Morgantown, to reduce traffic congestion and address the lack of safe non-motorized connections through the corridor. WVDOH has revised the project to address concerns from an April 2019 informational workshop public meeting.

Formal presentations will be made at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. Members of the public will have the ability to ask questions any time between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
