Deborah Ann Phillips

Deborah Ann Phillips, 60, of Elkins, W.Va., died Saturday, September 11, 2021, at UPMC Shady Side in Pittsburgh, Pa.

She was born October 9, 1960 in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late Lester and Phyllis Gifford Kendrick.

On September 7, 2014, she married Mark Phillips who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Melissa Love and husband Jerome of Fredericksburg, Va.; two sons, Joshua Russell and fiancé Joy of Elkins and Daniel Russell of Fairmont, W.Va.; one step daughter, Jennifer Nicole Smith and husband Michael of Elkins; one step son, Adam Michael Phillips of Elkins; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Danny Kendrick of Buckhannon and Michael Kendrick and wife Amanda of Calgary, Alberta; one sister, Leslie Kendrick of Tampa Bay, Fla. and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker and a Pentecostal by Faith.

Friends will be received Sunday, September 19, 2021, from non until 2 p.m. at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Tallmansville, W.Va.
