- Bulky Goods Collection begins at 5:30 a.m. Large items such as couches, chairs, mattresses and appliances. All Buckhannon Waste Department customers are allowed four items per month and eight tires per year. Please call by Wednesday, March 11 to schedule a pickup. Items must be at the curb by 5:30 a.m. on Friday to ensure pickup.

Reminders
- Trash can placement: Trash cans must be hidden from public view as much as possible during the week; place them at the curb the night before collection and return them within 24 hours after collection.
- Utility bill payments: Pay utility bills online at Municipal Online Payments or by phone at 1-866-933-4026. Setting up an account allows you to monitor your consumption.
- Report repairs or concerns: To report issues such as potholes or damaged signs, call City Hall during business hours to submit a work order or use the Citizen Engagement tool: Report a Concern.
