The Mountain CAP Family Support Center will host its monthly free children’s yoga and craft event on August 10 at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon. The event is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is open to elementary-age children.
The session will begin with a yoga class from 11 a.m. to noon, led by Susan Harsh, 200 HR-RYT. Following the yoga class, a craft session will take place from noon to 12:30 p.m. All children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver who is present for both the yoga and craft activities. Additionally, families will need to sign a release form before the yoga class begins.
Pre-registration is required. Interested families are encouraged to RSVP for the yoga and/or craft session by noon on August 9 to ensure proper preparation for all attending children. To pre-register, please call (304) 878-1115 or email Lvannostrand@mountaincapwv.org.
