ELKINS, W.Va. – United Coal Company is pleased to announce a new pilot program for those seeking employment or a career change with Carter Roag Coal Company.

The Red Hat Pilot Program will feature numerous rewards for someone wanting a career change but cannot afford to lose benefits and pay while transitioning.

Those who are accepted into the pilot program will receive full time pay plus benefits while training, competitive starting wages, relocation assistance for those eligible and a comprehensive benefits package designed to meet the needs of all employees.
